Kyle M. Moore, J.D.

In just 6 years, Kyle has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and obtained great success as a personal injury trial lawyer. He is fully dedicated to helping the victims of negligence and their families.  


During law school, Kyle worked in the legal field, learning to master the intricacies of personal injury law. Upon graduation, Kyle began his own practice with the intent of helping victims and their families. As a war veteran and victims’ advocate, Kyle aims to provide the most experienced, thoughtful and just representation to those who have been injured.


Kyle earned his law degree in 2013 at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. While at John Marshall, Kyle was a member of the Moot Court Board, Student Ambassadors, and held an officer position in the student chapter of Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He earned the highest academic marks in many courses including Evidence and Constitutional Law. During law school, Kyle trained under some of Georgia’s top trial lawyers. Additionally, Kyle completed an internship at the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council, where he represented indigent criminal defendants in felony charges, under the Georgia 3rd Year Practice Act.

Prior to law school, Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science degree Cum Laude in 2009 from the University of Florida, with a focus on human behavioral and psychological research. Kyle is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and was awarded the American Psychological Association’s Psi Beta Award. This behavioral science focus has provided him an extra edge in selecting and preparing for jury trials.


As a young man, Kyle earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. Thereafter, one week after graduating high school, Kyle enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and served our Nation from 2001 to 2009. Kyle was in the first wave of Marines to invade Iraq in 2003 for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Kyle answered the Nation’s call again in 2007 and re-deployed to Iraq.  Kyle was honorably discharged in 2009 at the rank of Sergeant.

As a decorated Marine, Kyle received many awards during his military career, including Honor Graduate of Platoon 1065 Marine Corp Recruit Training Depot Parris Island, valedictorian of the Navy Petroleum Engineering School Ft. Lee Virginia, Presidential Unit Citation, Meritorious Unit Commendation medal, Navy Unit Commendation medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary medal with device, Sea Service Deployment medal with device, and Reserve Service medal with Mobilization device.


Kyle is an expert in representing people who are injured by the negligence of others.  His specialties include:  automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, landowner negligence and wrongful deaths. In addition to injury claims resulting from negligence, Kyle also represents victims of vaccine injuries at the United States Court of Federal Claims. Kyle was born in Atlanta and raised in Tampa, Florida. He spent every break from school and the military in the woods and waterways of Georgia. Kyle has chosen his native state to plant his roots. With a large extended family living in the Hall County area, Kyle currently lives in Gainesville with his wife Danielle, and their sons, Gaines and Baker.
