EXPERIENCE - TEN YEARS IN THE COURTROOM
Since the first day of law school, I committed to being the kind of lawyer who goes to court. I mentored under the best lawyers in America, learned the ropes, and took every opportunity I could to get in to the court room. I focused exclusively on cases involving negligence and damages, representing those who had suffered the loss. I’ve tried cases in Magistrate, State, Superior, and Federal Courts giving me a diverse perspective of how these different courts affect the management of a case, its trial by judge or jury, and the outcome. I also help people hurt by vaccines get compensation through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. I have been up against the best defense lawyers, representing the biggest public and private companies in America, and won’t back down from a powerful adversary. I’ve proudly recovered millions of dollars for my clients, which has supported them through the lasting effects of their injuries.
In addition to representing select individuals hurt by the negligence of others, I’m also a trial consultant and litigation strategist. I consult with both public and private clients on issues such as hiring and training practices, insurance coverage, and compliance with State and Federal regulations. If your business can hurt someone during its operations, I’ll let you know if your insurance will cover it, and analyze your position in a hypothetical worst case scenario lawsuit that could put you out of business. My experience will help you deploy mitigation best practices and hopefully avoid a lawsuit all together. For lawyers and law firms, I will help you narrow down your evidence, focus group your facts and arguments, and earn more credibility than opposing counsel in the courtroom. I recently helped a colleague secure a 21million dollar jury verdict for a plaintiff in Georgia in cases that involved disputed liability, affirmative defenses, and rural conservative jurors.

Juris Doctorate in 2013 from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
Bachelor of Science in 2009 from the University of Florida.
CIVIC AND MILITARY SERVICE
I earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, from Troop 4 in Tampa FL. Thereafter, one week after graduating from H.B. Plant High School, I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and served America from 2001 to 2009. I was in the first wave of Marines to invade Iraq in 2003 for Operation Iraqi Freedom and then I deployed to Iraq again in 2008 after being involuntarily recalled from the Individual Ready Reserves while at the University of Florida. I received an Honorable Discharge after fulfilling my eight year enlistment contract.
During my service I earned many honors and awards, including Honor Graduate of Platoon 1065 Marine Corp Recruit Training Depot Parris Island, Presidential Unit Citation, Meritorious Unit Commendation medal, Navy Unit Commendation medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary medal with device, Sea Service Deployment medal with device, and Reserve Service medal with Mobilization device.
HOME LIFE
I was born in Atlanta Georgia, but grew up in Tampa Florida. I have a beautiful family which includes my wife and business partner Danielle, and our two sons Gaines and Baker. I enjoy all things outdoors and frequently go RV’ing, camping, hiking, boating, paddle boarding, fishing, rockhounding, diving, and snorkeling.
